Professional Action Learning Coach (PALC)
Who
CALCs who have at least 100 hours of WIAL coaching experience and have led the Intro to Action Learning or LWQ workshop observed by a SALC or MALC.
Why
PALCs are seasoned professional Action Learning Coaches. They have a stronger desire to coach Action Learning teams than to train others to be Action Learning Coaches.
Summary of PALC Requirements
Participate in Foundations and/or Finish E-Learning Course
Participate in CALC Workshop
1 long term project. Minimum 4 sessions over several weeks.
Minimum 100 hours experience (50 coaching)
Lead Leading with Questions OR Introduction to AL
